Will I have a smaller world after all?

All right, I naturally have wide eyes. They can go really wider than normal (at least from what I think is normal) and when I see my eyes doing that, I couldn’t help but feel I look funny.  I’m positive it’s the same for other people who see it and frankly, I don’t know why my eyelids open that wide.  Is there a way to make my eyelids open at a limited extent through surgery?
