removing nose flares

i don’t know why but i sometimes do nose flares without being completely aware of it.  i don’t know if they’re related to nerve or muscle disorders, but i need them gone pronto.  alarplasty deals with nose trimming, so i assume surgeons touch the subject of nerves/muscles to some degree.  that means my flaring can be fixed, right? or am i doomed to live with this humiliation for eternity?
