possible look after tummy tuck

how far can tummy tuck go in terms of fat removal around the stomach and waist? is it possible to have a really skinny waist or could it only make an average waistline? i’m 5’8″ with fatty arms, thighs and a big gut.  i might have fat removed from my arms and thighs as well at the same time with a tummy tuck procedure.
