Plastic Surgery in Asia

I’m going on a small country tour with a few friends in three months and I’m wondering where it would be best (by best I mean cheapest without sacrificing quality or safety, LOL) to get my cheeks enhanced.  I’ll be staying for about four days to a week in a country and I’m visiting: Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan and Philippines in that order.
