downtime before revision?

i had arm lift surgery about 7 months ago and i think it needs rework. i’m sure it’s about healed now and facing the mirror i noticed one side is somewhat bigger than the other. do you think 7 months is enough to allow revision surgery or do i need to wait longer? how long does it normally take for arm lifts to get around for another surgery?
