Best chemical peel?

It will be my mom’s birthday soon and I want to surprise her with this.  She has a few tiny spots on her face and I always hear her complaining about them.  But she doesn’t know what to do with it.  So I’ve been doing a little research on the web and found about chemical peel.  I also saw there’s more than one way to do it.  Is that true? If so, which one’s the best (least pain as possible, great results)? How much would it cost? Thanks.
