bad experience with brow lift

i had an awful lift procedure.  i understand there would be some degree of numbness felt during the healing process, but it’s over a year now.  i believe it should be gone by now.  i can’t feel anything on most of my face anymore.  it’s irritating! is there some way this can be fixed?
