alcohol and post hair transplant procedure

i have quite a dumb question, but i’m curious anyway.  does alcohol have a negative effect on the growth of hair after a hair transplant procedure? i had it a month ago, give or take.  about the drinking, i may have had more than i should.  i don’t know.  but it’s been a while since i saw my close friends and sometimes when they ask you to have drinks with them, it can get out of hand and you end up drinking too much.
