A few questions re: cleft chin surgery

Hey guys, I’m new here.  Has anyone tried cleft chin surgery before or know someone who had? I want to know how it turned out.  Mine looks okay… at least to other people.  But I’m oddly bothered by it.  I don’t want to carry a “butt chin” for the remainder of my life.  It looks ridiculous and I don’t want it to be out in the open for people to see.  Does anyone know an operation like this that has gone bad? How bad was it? Sorry, it’s my first time to resort to surgery for appearance’s sake and I just want to know as much as I can.
